I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Times Square, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The added bonus of a complimentary breakfast was wonderful – a great way to start the day before heading out. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of New York City!

I have stayed in many hotels on Manhattan but this one far the best.Great value for the money:family of four-room is big and clean,breakfast included in the price,close to Times Square,clean bathroom with everything you need(body lotion,shampoo,conditioner,...)You have to wait a little bit to come down from 23rd floor with elevator but I don't see a big deal about it. Great view from the room. We stayed in 2305 room.

The staff that checked us in were PHENOMENAL and just so accommodating. I had called earlier to see if there were any rooms available as we were coming in an hour earlier than planned and our room was ready when we arrived and my daughter was surprised with a birthday treat -- just absolutely blew us away and still can't get over it. Having access to free breakfast was wonderful

THE SECURITY OF ENTRY AND ELEVATOR WAS AWESOME. KEY NEEDED FOR BOTH. WE COULD WALK OR USE SUBWAY FROM THE OUR LOCATION TO ANY DESTINATION THAT WE WANTED. IT WAS WELL IDENTIFIED OUTSIDE WHEN WALKING. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALWAYS BUSY BUT FOR GOOD REASON.......ALWAYS FULL OF FOOD AND JUICES. NOT A BAD DEAL AT ALL ROOF WAS A DELIGHTFUL SITE TO VIEW NEW YORK FROM.

Location!! Easy access to metro and walking distance to many attraction. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating in every situation - check in, breakfast,checkout and help with transportation. Breakfast was very reasonable and opens at 6am which was very helpful for people with jetlag :-) Beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience.
