The location is perfect for getting around Manhattan via the subway. The station is literally on the corner from the hotel. Times Square is within walking distance. Great little pizza joint 3 doors down. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is more than big enough and the bed is extremely comfortable. They said the room would only be cleaned every other day, yet I had fresh towels and a spotless room daily. I have already recommended the hotel to friends traveling to Manhattan in the next few months.

The hotel was great with an amazing location next to the Times Square and 5min walk from Bryant Park. For a 3-star hotel it met our expectations. Breakfast was included, which was also a big plus. There is an observation deck that offers nice views of New York. The room was not very big but enough spacious with everything that you need :)

One of the staff called me out for filling my 250cl water bottle with tap water after i came from huge walk. Really? I dont know if that is normal in the US but the hotel areas for self serving...me being a guest... seemed idiotic after paying this much amount for a room. But hey...right after 3 persons were doing the same and no one did anything.

We most loved was the location of the hotel, Times square was just 5 mins walking distance. The hotel is renovated and was clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. I loved that it has secure access for elevators and entry after 10 pm. Overall very clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was complimentary and it was decent, except the place to sit became little crowded during peak time.

The room was large enough, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The location is very good: quiet street, close to Central Park. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, some of which change daily. The breakfast room is large. There is free tea, coffee and water in the lobby.

Breakfast was provided. The location of the hotel was good for getting to shows. The hotel seemed safe once we were inside, though late at night a couple times there were scruffy looking people just hanging out next to the hotel, sometimes kind of blocking the sidewalk. My young grandson and I (a 75 year old female) were alone so it was a bit unnerving.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Times Square, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The added bonus of a complimentary breakfast was wonderful – a great way to start the day before heading out. THE SECURITY OF ENTRY AND ELEVATOR WAS AWESOME. KEY NEEDED FOR BOTH. WE COULD WALK OR USE SUBWAY FROM THE OUR LOCATION TO ANY DESTINATION THAT WE WANTED. IT WAS WELL IDENTIFIED OUTSIDE WHEN WALKING. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALWAYS BUSY BUT FOR GOOD REASON.......ALWAYS FULL OF FOOD AND JUICES. NOT A BAD DEAL AT ALL ROOF WAS A DELIGHTFUL SITE TO VIEW NEW YORK FROM.
